COMO Cuisine serves up international signature favourites from each of our hotels and resorts across four continents, including select dishes from COMO Shambhala Cuisine. Each plate is prepared from scratch using the freshest in-season ingredients that are, wherever possible, sourced locally.
Whether it is the Lobster Biryani (COMO Maalifushi, The Maldives), Wagyu Beef Bresaola (COMO Castello Del Nero, Italy), or Kurobuta Pork Ribs (COMO Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos), the COMO Cuisine menu is designed to inspire the palate with memorable flavours.
