On the new breakfast menu, a delightful choice of sweets and savouries, and freshly baked viennoiseries that changes daily tempts different tastebuds and palates. From the Sweet selection, there are perennial favourites like the Banana Bread with whipped Tahini, coffee and maple ($12), the Blueberry Pancakes with honeycomb butter ($16), and the Acai Bowl with house made almond granola, bee pollen, banana, and berries ($16). From the Savoury carte, choose from the Real Toast with avocado crush, heirloom tomatoes and cucumber ($16), the Croque Madame with truffle, cheddar cheese and brioche ($20), and the all-time favourite Eggs Benedict with Parma ham, spinach, hollandaise sauce and sourdough ($20).
Complement the meal with the protein-loaded Muscle Milk ($14), the Culture Shock yoghurt ($12) to promote digestion, or therapeutic brews like the smooth and earthy-flavoured Alarm Clock ($8), which helps boost brain function.
The perfect dining destination away from the hustle and the bustle of the city, COMO Cuisine also offers an array of delectable all-day dining options ranging from salads and sandwiches to pastas and mains.
Start with Salmon Cracker of house smoked salmon and jalapeño cream ($8), or the Mezze Platter selection of dips, vine leaves, falafel, and flatbread to share for two ($28). For hearty and satisfying mains, choose from the COMO Burger with wagyu beef, gruyere cheese, pancetta, mustard aioli, pickle and fries ($26), or Fritto Misto, a medley of crispy fried seafood with salsa verde available as an individual or larger shared portion ($32/$52), and all-time favourites like the Snapper Curry with coconut curry, tomatoes, tamarind, okra and saffron rice ($32).
For light eaters, there is the Wild Rice with mushrooms, cabbage, corn, avocado and tahini tamari dressing ($18) or the Roast Cauliflower with kale, tomato, pomegranate and garlic yoghurt ($18), to name a few.
Complete your meal with a sweet ending. The Pandan Crêpe with mango, passionfruit and coconut sorbet ($12) and the Parfait with butterfly pea flowers, pineapple and lemongrass ice ($12), feature a harmony of local and Asian flavours.
With the lush greenery of the Dempsey Hill as the backdrop, COMO Cuisine offers an Instagram-perfect, dainty Hi-Tea Set ($70 for two persons). Featuring a selection of sweets and savouries, it is available every Tuesdays and Fridays (except public holidays) from 3pm to 5pm. For a supplement of $15, we offer those who take the set sparkling Taittinger Champagne by the glass or as a refreshing Bellini.
On weekends, pamper yourself and your loved ones with a gratifying brunch. Featuring a spread that includes sandwiches like the Truffle Toastie with Parma ham, cheddar cheese and sourdough ($24), the Burrata Tartine with spiced brioche and stone fruit jam ($20), or yummy savouries like the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with corn waffle and chilli maple ($26), and delectable sweets like the Raw Coconut Porridge with almond, cinnamon, pepitas and seasonal fruits ($16) and the Waffles with vanilla marscapone, berries, and vanilla rum syrup ($18). And what is sumptuous brunch without pairing it with some ambrosia? Choose from our list of specially priced wines and tipples that are only available for brunch.
