Known as shokuyoku no aki, or the “season of hearty appetites”, the fall harvest is the best time to enjoy a bountiful selection of Japanese ingredients at their very peak.

Savour autumn favourites such as the soft and chewy ginkgo and kyo kanzashi sweet carrot. Each piece of tempura is coated in a veil of gossamer-light batter, fried to order and served piece by piece alongside a delicate seasoning that complements the natural flavours of the ingredients.
