Portioned for eight persons, COMO Cuisine’s colourful and sumptuous “Yu Sheng” (priced at SGD80++) is a delightful medley of ingredients that include the freshest mix of vegetables and Tasmanian Ocean Trout, among others. Top it off with fresh lobster sashimi at an additional SGD100++. The auspicious salad is served dressed in a homemade tangy sweet plum sauce for a refreshing and balanced mix of flavours.
