Chef Seki will be back at Ippoh Tempura Bar from March 23rd to 26th.

Join him and master sake brewer Hiroshi Inoue as they take you on a journey through a six-course tempura dinner, perfectly paired with the finest sake. Hiroshi Inoue, a fifth generation owner of Sawahime sake from Tochigi prefecture, will also share his knowledge about the use of rice and yeast from Tochigi and how he collaborates with local rice farmers to improve the quality of the grain.
